Aston Martin Vantage Headlight Washer Cover

Replace a missing, broken or faded washer cap with the Aston Martin Vantage Headlight Washer Cover. Modelled from a 3D scan of the original component, this AstonDIY replacement restores the factory appearance and retains the existing washer arrangement.

Designed for an exterior life

• Durable engineering-polymer construction: selected for UV resistance and long-term exposure to sunlight and weather.
• Original geometry: scanned from an original washer jet cover for an OEM-style fit and appearance.
• A straightforward replacement: addresses brittle, cracked or grey/hazy covers, or the obvious opening left when a cover goes missing.

Compatibility

Fits all VH-generation Aston Martin Vantage models, 2005–2018, including V8 and V12 variants. The cover is compatible whether or not the vehicle has the washer mechanism fitted.

Finish options and what's included

Unpainted satin black: supplied for your own preparation and painting. Available as a single Left or Right cover, or a Pair.

Painted gloss black: professionally finished by a local paint shop and ready to fit. Available as a Pair. This is a gloss-black finish, not a colour match to your vehicle.

Cover or covers only, as selected. No washer mechanism, additional hardware or adhesive is supplied.

Simple installation

Fitting normally takes a few minutes. Where fitted, carefully extend the existing washer nozzle/mechanism sufficiently to attach the replacement cover, using a small amount of suitable automotive adhesive such as CT1 or Tiger Seal. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's curing instructions.

The existing headlamp washer mechanism is retained: this replacement cover allows the original washer system to function rather than permanently blanking the opening.
