Shipping and Taxes

Orders normally dispatch within 3–4 working days, across two dispatch runs each week. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.

I ship my products worldwide, and because of this, I don’t apply taxes to our products. Tax regulations vary greatly around the globe, and as such, I recommend you research your own country’s policies on imports and any associated taxes.

Reliability of Information

My primary goal at AstonDIY is to provide a trusted hub of information for you to enjoy and use in working on your Astons. However, it’s important to remember that all information should be independently verified. I can’t take responsibility for any damages that might occur from following our guides or from incorrect purchases made using our sourcing databases. If you find any issues with the information provided, please let me know through our contact form. Your input helps me keep our information accurate and useful for everyone.

Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sales

From time to time, you'll find links on my website that lead to external sources. Some of these are affiliate links, and using them might earn me a small commission. This is one way I help offset the costs of running AstonDIY. While you are free to bypass these links, using them is a great way to show your support.

Additive Manufacturing

As a Prototype Development Engineer, a significant part of my work involves additive manufacturing. The majority of the products I create for you are made using this method. Rest assured, all materials I select are suitable for their intended environment and are of industrial quality, not just hobbyist grade. That being said, while the quality of my prints is always top-notch (probably the best in the industry), to avoid any disappointment I always recommend that any product produced via an AM method is refinished.

Returns Policy

For UK consumer online orders, you can normally cancel by telling AstonDIY within 14 days of receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Contact AstonDIY through our contact page to arrange a return. The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. A standard product is not automatically excluded simply because it is manufactured after you order or made using additive manufacturing. Your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose remain unaffected. We will handle refunds in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
