Repair Kit for Damaged or Brittle Headlight Standoffs

This part allows you to repair damaged or brittle headlight standoffs with a much more durable design. It’s been engineered for ease of installation (adhesive not included). The contours of the part are shaped to match the headlight housing precisely, ensuring the standoffs are in the correct locations. 

1. Remove all debris from the original standoffs, ensuring a clean, smooth surface on the housing.
2. Apply adhesive generously — products like Tiger Seal or CT1 work well (many others may also be suitable).
3. Position the part onto the housing, pressing firmly:
   
• Use one thumb on the flat front edge
• Use your fingers to apply even pressure across the rest of the part
4. Allow the adhesive to cure fully (refer to adhesive instructions).
5. Once set, drive screws into the part to cut threads. Reuse your original screws or bolts.
