P1674 - Network Manager initialisation failed.

Test sequence and decision path

1. Connect the WDS and record all logged DTCs.
Ensure that P1674 is logged. Note the affected
PCM.

2. Using the latest WDS disc, reflash both PCMs.

3. Check that no DTCs (Other than P1000) are
logged in the DTC memory. Switch off and on the
ignition. (PCM power up self test)

4. Read any logged DTCs.
If P1674 is not logged, repeat the power up self
test several times to ensure that the problem is
resolved.
If P1674 is logged again, replace the PCM. Retest
the new PCM to ensure that the problem is
resolved.
