P1635 - Tyre / Axle out of acceptable range.

Test sequence and decision path

1. Connect the WDS and record all logged DTCs.
Ensure that P1635 is logged.

2. Check that the specified wheels and tyres are fitted to the vehicle. Non-standard wheel and tyre
combinations may give a rolling radius which is
outside that specified for DB9.
If a non-standard wheel / tyre combination is
fitted, revert to the recommended wheels and
tyres.
If the wheels and tyres are as specified, use WDS
to reflash the PCMs. Clear the P1635 code and
run a road test to ensure that the problem is
resolved.
