P1608 - TCM software fault.

Test sequence and decision path

1. Connect the WDS and confirm that P1608 is
logged.

2. Clear the P1608 fault code. Switch of the ignition
and then switch it on again.

3. Run a road test including a variety of driving
styles. Include Touchtronic Mode with up and
down shifts.
Also include Automatic Mode with shifts through
the complete gear range.
Also include gentle and more aggresive throttle
inputs. Stop the road test.

4. Check if P1608 is logged again.
